Slow Food is an international movement to educate the public on Good, Clean and Fair Food. With membership and chapters in over 150 nations across the globe, Slow Food is helping to bring new life and connections between social justice, environmental integrity, economic opportunity and health, all through the pleasures of the table. One of the defining projects of Slow Food International is the Slow Food Foundation for Biodiversity (SFFBD). Based on the Endangered Species Act, the Foundation is striving to preserve ecosystems and the people dependent on them by highlighting the world’s most endangered foods.
